These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CMS, which enables users to capture GPS location data and QR code photos through a device’s camera. The CMS processes and stores this data, as well as transmits relevant information to an ESP32 device. By accessing or using the CMS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the CMS.

2. Data Collection and Use

(a) The CMS collects GPS location data and QR code images solely for operational purposes, including data transmission to an ESP32 device and storage in the database.

(b) By using the CMS, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of this data.

(c) We do not sell, rent, or share collected data with third parties except as required by law.

3. User Responsibilities

(a) Users must ensure they have the appropriate permissions to capture GPS and camera data.

(b) Misuse of the CMS, including unauthorized access, modification, or distribution of stored data, is strictly prohibited.

(c) Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and any data they transmit or receive through the CMS.

4. Data Security

(a) We implement industry-standard security measures to protect collected data.

(b) However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and users assume any risks related to data transmission and storage.

5. Restrictions on Use

(a) You may not reverse engineer, distribute, or modify any part of the CMS without prior written consent.

(b) Any use of the CMS for illegal activities, including unauthorized data collection, is strictly prohibited.

(c) Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding location tracking and data storage.

6. Modifications and Updates

(a) We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

(b) Continued use of the CMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

(a) The CMS is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or performance.

(b) We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the CMS, including data loss, system errors, or security breaches.

8. Termination

(a) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user access to the CMS for violations of these Terms.

(b) Upon termination, all stored data associated with the user may be deleted at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
